Bio
There’s a moment when you can no longer ignore the cost of living a life that looks right from the outside, when the inner reality is that you feel lost and passionless. Maybe you’re paralyzed by decisions, your relationships feel more disconnected, or you’ve become a stranger to yourself.

Client Focus and Expertise

I work with adults navigating self-esteem, identity, transitions, relationships, cultural tensions & burnout. Many are globally mobile professionals, expats, digital nomads, and immigrants navigating cross-cultural identity and expectations.
A special focus on the experiences of those with mixed cultural, racial/ethnic, and immigration backgrounds.
Most are high-achieving, suffering the lonely crisis of being perceived by others as having life figured out, when they’re actually struggling with lack of clarity and purpose. They want change, but don’t yet know what the path looks like.

Approach:

My work is psychodynamic and relational. My style brings depth, directness, and genuine curiosity.
We look at the patterns underneath, not to just fix surface-level behavior, but to understand what’s actually driving it. That means exploring how family, culture, history, and the roles you learned to play are still impacting your current decisions.
Once you see the patterns clearly, you can decide what’s outdated, and what still belongs to you.
