Marlene – Psychosocial Counselor & Systemic Family Counselor
I’m the founder of Wunderwelt Familie, a German-language platform dedicated to attachment-oriented parenting support, built on the philosophy that “Familie darf leicht sein” – Family is allowed to be easy.
With specialized training in systemic family counseling, attachment theory, and polyvagal-informed approaches, I support millennial parents (ages 28-45) in transforming their family dynamics through nervous system regulation, deeper connection, and trauma-informed parenting practices.
My work moves beyond traditional advice-giving. Instead, I create spaces of comfort and validation where parents can develop what I call the five “metaskills”: regulation, presence, resonance, boundaries, and identity in relationship. Whether you’re navigating co-parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the mental load of parenthood, my approach integrates cutting-edge neuroscience with warm, accessible guidance.
As author of “Justeco – human rights for all children” and creator of 11+ comprehensive online courses covering topics from nervous system regulation to systemic separation, I bridge the gap between academic research and immediately actionable support. As a mother of two, I understand firsthand the complexities of modern parenthood.
I offer individual parent counseling sessions online, bringing together developmental psychology, constellation work, and attachment research to help you create the family life you’ve been longing for – one that prioritizes connection over performance and authenticity over perfection.
