I support women in their 30s balancing ambition and self-care, often struggling with self-doubt, guilt, exhaustion or depressive episodes.
Hi, I’m Nina, a psychologist living by the sea in northern Denmark, where I aim to practice what I teach: creating space for what truly matters. Since launching my practice in 2020, I’ve supported hundreds of clients in untangling the pressures of modern life and building lives that better reflect their true selves.
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a scientifically proven method that encourages you to accept what you can’t change and take committed action where it truly counts. What sets my work apart is the combination of practical strategies and tools with the compassion and honesty I bring to every session. My clients often describe our work as a calm, clear, and non-judgmental space to explore what truly matters – no pressure, just honest support to reconnect with themselves and take meaningful next steps.
I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance ambition with the need for rest, reflection, and play. That’s why I focus on empowering you to live a life that aligns with your values, even when it might feel overwhelming at first. My clients often report feeling more vital, clear, and aligned with their true selves, not because they feel “better” instantly, but because they start making decisions that actually matter to them.
In my free time, I’m either surfing, traveling, or trying to cook meals my 7-year-old twins will actually eat. They somehow reject the most delicious meals, but I wouldn’t trade a single moment of it!
If you’re ready to take meaningful steps toward a life that truly aligns with your values – and to release the unrealistic pressures you’ve been carrying – I’d be honored to support you. Get in touch today, and let’s talk about how we can work together to do what really matters and create the life you truly want.
