🇺🇸 A pediatric occupational therapist (OT) and a learning support advisor with a third culture kid background — Her career in Tokyo has taken shape to serve expat families and local multicultural families whose children attend international schools. She has been supporting children with a variety of special needs that come with diagnosed or suspected ADHD, ASD, emotional regulation difficulties, and anxiety disorder.
Through online sessions, Aya hopes to reach children and families who may not have access to English- and Japanese-speaking OT sessions otherwise. Parent support is an essential part of the child’s care plan and she will work closely with you to set your child up for success!
🇯🇵 帰国子女でもあり、小児作業療法士 (OT) と特別支援アドバイザーとしてオンライン事業を起業。東京の海外駐在員や国際結婚されている家族のサポートとして、自宅訪問や学校訪問を通してOT介入。インターナショナルスクールで特別支援コーディネーターとして勤めた経験もあり、インクルーシブ教育を大切にしてきた。自閉症スペクトラム、ADD・ADHD、不安障害などの発達に遅れがみえる子どもたちとご家族を対象にサポートをしている。
