I’m a psychologist and psychotherapist from Germany. I offer online counselling in German and English to people who are struggling with their emotional well-being. I’m specialized in dealing with clients with depression and anxiety (panic attacks). I’m experienced in a wide range of therapeutic skills including CBT and ACT as well as introducing my clients to the world of nonviolent communication. Here they will learn how to communicate in a respectful and productive way with partners, children, parents, friends, or co-workers. This centers around connecting with, understanding, and expressing your own emotions and needs while also hearing and understanding the emotions and needs of those close to you. Only by knowing what we feel and what we want, will be able to connect authentically and successfully with our surroundings.
