In my work I use the approach of cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance- and commitment therapy. I believe that we can learn to deal with our uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. so that we can be the person we really want to be.

Parents that have a child who is diagnosed with a psychological disorder. I was working with children and teenagers in a mental health unit for two years. I realized that the parents themselves were exhausted, anxious and insecure because they put all their energy into helping their child. I support parents via online counseling to promote self-care, mindfulness and individual resources in order to relieve stress.
