Welcome, I’m Laura and I work especially with people facing stress and burnout, ADHD-related challenges and illness anxiety.
I’m a psychotherapist from Germany, who has been supporting clients for 6 years now, to identify unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns, clarify their values, overcome challenges and take steps to a more meaningful life.
In addition to psychology, surfing and the sea are my passion, which motivated me to venture into self-employment as online counsellor and the life of a digital nomad.
My clients usually are:
- people who face lots of stress, feel exhausted and unhappy, tend to ruminate and have sleeping problems. In my counselling you will learn how to deal with private and occupational stress factors in a way that’s beneficial to your health and shape your life according to your values.
- people with ADHD who experience great shifts in their ability to focus depending on the task, have troubles sticking to a schedule, feel restless and often get into an emotional rollercoaster. In my counselling you will learn how ADHD expresses itself in adulthood, how you can cope with the challenges that come with it and how you can view your strengths and weaknesses fairly.
- people who fear that they have or will develop a serious illness even if doctors tell, the symptoms are harmless. In my counselling you can gain a comprehensive understanding of your symptoms – learn how to deal with them more calmly and how to face finiteness of our lives.

I would like to support you to recognize and overcome obstacles on the way to a value-led life and to develop an appreciative attitude towards yourself. Doing this I work with scientific methods from cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
