After finishing my masters in Healthcare and Social Psychology in the Netherlands, I founded my own company, Isorropia Wellbeing, as an online psychologist. I offer online psychological counseling, group trainings, workshops and blog posts related to psychological, societal and philosophical topics.
I’m specialised in procrastination, a topic I’m still doing research on for Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands. I offer cognitive behavioural therapy-based group trainings for procrastination online. Furthermore, I offer individual video call sessions for young people struggling with procrastination, stress, or existential questions. I pick my clients up where they are. Together we’ll define your challenges and goals in a few sessions, then we’ll design and implement an intervention plan and we’ll keep evaluating the progress you are making. For me autonomy is a very important value. I want to teach you how to help yourself in the future and create sustainable change in your life.
