I’m a former therapist (PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology) who now provides mindset & resilience coaching to entrepreneurs around the world. I support my clients in cultivating mental fitness and emotional resilience so  they can be successful without feeling overwhelmed, burning out, or sacrificing their relationships.

Life as an entrepreneur is mentally and emotionally exhausting. You’re faced with numerous challenges everyday – stress, frustration, uncertainty, risk, fear, anxiety, a high workload, loneliness, a constant need to push yourself out of your comfort zone and learn new skills (often very quickly), and usually limited leisure time.

Most entrepreneurs are high achievers at heart – a quality that can quickly tip into perfectionism and put you at risk for burnout if you don’t prioritize your mental well-being.

Research shows that 49% of entrepreneurs report struggling with a mental health issue.

Mindset work and emotional resilience are not ‘nice to have’ skills. They’re not optional skills. They’re definitely not soft skills! They are foundational skills that all entrepreneurs need to invest in so that you can stay in the game for the long run.

My passion for supporting entrepreneurs started in 2014 when I watched my now-husband experience the entrepreneur rollercoaster with his own startup. I joined him at some of the biggest tech conferences in Europe and had the chance to speak with founders and other professionals supporting the startup ecosystem.

After learning about the mental and emotional challenges faced everyday by founders, I soon realized this was where I wanted to put my 15+ years of experience in mental and behavioral health to use – to ensure that talented entrepreneurs, like you, are succeeding and making your contributions to the world, without burning out along the way.

Common issues I coach my clients on include: stress and/or anger management, coping with imposter syndrome, increasing their self-esteem, managing their high standards for themselves (and others), improving work-life balance, burnout prevention, and cultivating emotional intelligence and resilience.

My coaching programs cater to the needs and goals of each specific client, but my goal is for you to walk away from our work together with tools you can continue to use to navigate any challenges that arise on your entrepreneurial journey.
