I am a psychologist with a focus on clinical and educational psychology. In addition to my studies, I worked as a childcare provider and a paramedic. After graduating from the University of Heidelberg, I completed additional training as a systemic therapist and counselor at the “Systemische Gesellschaft SG.”
In the meantime, I am also a mother of 4 children, aged between 8 and 24 years.
When my first child was diagnosed with ADHD at age 9, I spent over ten years studying ADHD and its treatment out of my own need. Not long after my son, I was also diagnosed with ADHD. From my own experience, I realized how important it is for self-affected parents to get help and support. For yourself, for your child, and the whole family.
I support via Online Counseling:
• Parents in improving their organizational skills, their resources, and self-care. The aim should be to cope better with the challenges that arise from ADHD and, simultaneously, be a better support for your own ADHD child.
• Adults with an ADHD diagnosis who are looking for support in everyday life and at work
• People with anxiety or depression
After almost 20 years of experience, I decided in 2019 to travel the world with my family and take my practice with me.
